There are 4 membership tiers based on points accumulated:
- Tier 1 Novice: 0–550 points
- Tier 2 Busker: 551–1,800 points
- Tier 3 Rising Star: 1,801–5,500 points
- Tier 4 Diva: 5,501–10,500 points
You earn points through spending at Mini Studio outlets. For every RM1 spent, you earn 3 points (Novice). Higher tiers earn more points per RM1 spent.
Points can be used as cashback when booking online.
Steps to use points:
a. Book a session using the Chop\\Sticks app.
b. Select room type, number of pax, date, time, and duration.
c. Click "Book Now" to go to the Booking Summary page.
d. Apply points to get a discount.
e. The new total will be shown, then proceed with payment.
Points expire after 12 months on a First In, First Out basis. This means the earliest points earned will expire first, based on the transaction date.
If you do not meet the tier maintenance requirement, your tier will be downgraded:
- Novice: If not reached Busker tier, maintain here.
- Busker: If you do not accumulate 50% of Busker tier points, downgrade to Novice.
- Rising Star: If you do not accumulate 50% of Rising Star tier points, downgrade to Busker.
- Diva: If you do not maintain 50% of Diva tier points, downgrade to Rising Star.
You will receive a notification 30 days prior to expiry or downgrade.
Each membership tier receives different birthday rewards:
- Novice: x1 RM10 off voucher
- Busker: x2 RM12 off voucher
- Rising Star: x3 RM14 off voucher

Steps to collect:
a. Visit any Mini Studio outlet.
b. Scan the QR code at the check-in kiosk or counter using the Chop\\Sticks app.
c. After collecting all required e-stamps, you will receive a reward in the Chop\\Sticks app.
IMPORTANT: Customers can only collect one e-stamp per day.
Missions are challenges you can complete via the Chop\\Sticks app to earn rewards.

d. Browse the list of ongoing missions on the Mission page.

You can participate in the Monthly and Yearly Singing Leaderboards through the Chop\\Sticks app.
Steps to join:
a. Check in at any Mini Studio outlet.
b. Open the ChopSticks app and tap the "Scan" button at the bottom.
c. Scan the QR code displayed at the top right corner of the TV screen.
d. You will be redirected to the "Playlist" page.
e. Search for songs with the "PK" icon and sing the song from start to finish.
f. Scores will be compiled on a monthly and yearly basis.
g. Winners will receive their rewards in the following month after the leaderboard period ends.
Monthly Leaderboard:
- Top 1: 2,500 points
- Top 2: 1,500 points
- Top 3: 1,000 points
Yearly Leaderboard:

Steps to add favourite songs to your playlist:
a. Check in at any Mini Studio outlet.
b. Open the Chop\\Sticks app and tap the "Scan" button at the bottom.
c. Scan the QR code on the top right corner of the TV screen.
d. You will be directed to the "Playlist" page.
e. Search for your favourite songs and tap the "heart" icon to add them to your playlist.
f. All added songs can be found under "My Favourites".
g. You can select and sing songs directly from the "My Favourites" playlist by tapping on them.
Steps to book a session:
a. Open the Chop\\Sticks app.
b. Select your preferred outlet.
c. Choose the room type, number of pax, date, time, and duration.
d. Click "Book Now" to go to the Booking Summary page.
e. Apply any vouchers or points if applicable.
f. Proceed with payment to confirm your booking.
Steps to purchase and send a Gift Card:
a. Open the Chop\\Sticks app.
b. Tap the "Profile" icon at the bottom to access your profile page.
c. Select "My Records & Rewards", then tap "Gift Card".
d. Enter the amount you wish to send.
e. Choose your preferred delivery method (phone number or email) and enter the recipient's details.
f. Complete the payment, and the Gift Card will be sent to the recipient upon successful transaction.
Steps to redeem a Gift Card:
a. Open the message or email containing the Gift Card and find the 10-digit redemption code.
b. Open the Chop\\Sticks app.
c. Tap the "Profile" icon at the bottom to access your profile page.
d. Select "My Records & Rewards", then tap "Gift Card".
e. Tap "Redeem Gift Card" and enter the 10-digit code to apply the balance to your session.

b. Share your referral code or link using one of the following methods:
- Tap "Share to Your Friends" to send your referral link directly for sign-up.
- Tap the "Copy" button next to your referral code and share it with your friends or family.
c. Once your friends or family sign up using your referral link or code, you will earn rewards after they complete a booking and session.
